The bond is due to be issued following an European Roadshow, within the scope of a so-called debt-issuance programme. GRENKELEASING will use the inflow of funds especially for exercising an option to repurchase receivables recently granted to it by HP International Bank. The programme will have an overall volume of EUR 500m and enables us to make flexible use of the capital market in future.
