Dividend record date and payment date correction

On 8 March 2022, Greggs plc announced, in conjunction with its preliminary results, a proposed final dividend for 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM to be held on 17 May 2022.

The record date and the payment date for this proposed final dividend were incorrect and should have read:

"Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 8 June 2022 to shareholders on the register at 13 May 2022".

There is no change to the record date and payment date for the special dividend, which remain as 25 March 2022 and 29 April 2022 respectively.
