Change in Directors' Responsibilities
Greggs plc announces that, following their respective re-election as directors at the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2020, Helena Ganczakowski has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect, replacing Sandra Turner, who remains as Senior Independent Director. Peter McPhillips has been designated as the non-executive director who will lead colleague engagement on behalf of the Board.
