Notice of Annual General Meeting and

Annual Financial Report 2017

Following the announcement on 27 February 2018 of its full year results for the year ended 30 December 2017, the Company announces that it has posted its Annual Financial Report and Accounts for 2017.

On 3 April 2018 the documents noted above were posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copies.

The documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  They are also available on the Company's website at: https://corporate.greggs.co.uk/results-centre.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.30am on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at the Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5HN.
