DISPOSAL OF WIND PORTFOLIO IN POLAND

Under the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 16, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Greenvolt") announces that, through its subsidiary Greenvolt Power, it has entered into a sale agreement with Enea Nowa Energia for the disposal of an onshore wind portfolio located in Poland, comprising 4 (four) wind farms with a total installed capacity of 33.2 MW.

The projects covered by the transaction are at different stages of development: one of the wind farmsis already operational, while the remaining three are under construction and are currently expected to become operational during 2026. The completion of the disposal remains subject to the fulfilment of the customary contractual conditions applicable to transactions of this nature.

The value of this transaction amounted to €83,300,000 (eighty-three million and three hundred thousand euros).

This operation once again demonstrated Greenvolt's superior ability to develop and build projects while implementing a value-added asset rotation strategy.
