SALE OF A WIND PROJECT IN ROMANIA

Pursuant to and for the purposes of applicable legal provisions, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. ("Greenvolt") hereby informs that, through its subsidiary Greenvolt Power, it has entered into an agreement for the sale to Engie Romania S.A. of a wind project located in Romania, with a total installed capacity of 253.1 MW.

The project, located in Ialomița, is currently under construction, with completion expected in 2027. This project, which will be one of the largest in the country, comprises 42 high-efficiency turbines and will make a significant contribution to the energy transition and to supply security in Romania and across Europe. Part of the project's capacity will benefit from a 15-year Contract for Difference (CfD), ensuring long-term revenue visibility.

The total transaction value amounts to €472,300,000 (four hundred and seventy-two million three hundred thousand euros), and its completion remains subject to the fulfilment of the usual contractual conditions applicable to this type of transaction.

This transaction is part of Greenvolt's asset rotation strategy, highlighting its ability to originate, develop and construct large-scale renewable energy projects while ensuring the disciplined execution of its asset rotation strategy.
