MAX SOLAR ACQUISITION REACHES FINANCIAL CLOSING

Greenvolt informs, pursuant to the set forth in article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, and following the information released to the market on February 28, 2022, that today it concluded, alongside with Nature Infrastructure Capital (hereinafter "NIC"), the acquisition of a 35% stake in MaxSolar GmbH. This participation is reinforced by the rights of active intervention in the management and Greenvolt also has the right to, in the future, come to reinforce its level of shareholder participation.

Aligned with the information released to the market on February 28, 2022, the conclusion of this transaction allows Greenvolt, alongside with NIC, to pursue the ambitious growth and internationalization plan, strengthen their position within the European renewables energy sector and expansion of the business activities.
