TRADING DURING CLOSED PERIOD (APPENDIX 3Y)

Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV , “ Greenvale ” or “ the Company ”) refers to its ASX release filed on 29 July 2024 ‘ Appendix 3Y (Neil Biddle) ’ which concerned the purchase of ordinary securities in the Company by Mr. Neil Biddle on 24 July 2024 ( Trade ).

In respect to the Trade, the Company advises that this was conducted during a prohibited period – as defined under the Company’s Securities Trading Policy. Upon discussions with Mr. Biddle, the Company understands the following:

• Mr. Biddle sought and obtained approval from the Company Secretary to acquire ordinary shares in the Company on 12 July 2024;

• shortly before the commencement of the prohibition period, Mr. Biddle placed an order to acquire ordinary shares in the Company. Such an order was not immediately executed and remained open in market;

• part of Mr Biddle’s order placed on 24 July 2024 was executed during the prohibited period; and

• upon being aware of the Trade occurring, Mr. Biddle immediately cancelled the remaining order.

Based on the abovementioned facts concerning the Trade, the Company does not consider that disciplinary or remedial action is necessary in these circumstances.

The Company confirms that it is in compliance with its Listing Rule Obligations, particularly its disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.1.
