COMPLETION OF CALL ON PARTLY PAID SHARES

Greenvale Mining NL (ASX Code: GRV) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that it has completed the Call on the Partly Paid Shares of the Company.

Of the 7,164,172 partly paid shares on issue upon announcement of the Call, 135,579 shares were paid up with the remaining 7,028,593 shares being forfeited in accordance with the Company’s constitution and section 254Q of the Corporations Act 2001.

All forfeited shares were sold as fully paid ordinary shares of the Company at the public auction held in Sydney on 24 September 2012, each at a price of $0.05 per share. All shares purchased at the auction will be allotted following receipt of funds from the successful bidders.

The total capital to be raised from the call and the subsequent sale of forfeited shares is $371,766.
