GREENVALE STRENGTHENS BOARD WITH APPOINTMENT OF NEW NON -EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Highly experienced international mining and oil & gas executive Mrs. Dagmar Parsons joins the Greenvale team as it advances its Alpha Torbanite Project in Queensland to development
Greenvale Mining Limited (ASX: GRV ; “ Greenvale ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of highly experienced global mining and oil & gas executive Mrs. Dagmar Parsons as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 28 June 2021.
Mrs. Parsons is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the mining and oil & gas sectors across a wide range of functions including strategic and business development, planning, project evaluation and optimisation, risk management and mergers and acquisitions. These included senior executive roles with Worley Parsons, AECOM and Downer, both within Australia and internationally.
Now based in New South Wales, Mrs. Parsons was previously a resident of Queensland for several years and, during this time, was heavily involved in the resource sector in that state.
She is currently Non-Executive Chair of Advanced Braking Technology Limited (ASX: ABV), Managing Director of Rail Safety Systems Pty Ltd and is a Non-Executive Director of Transport Safety Systems Group Limited.
Mrs. Parsons holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rhineland Westfalia Technical University, Aachen, Germany, an MBA from Deakin University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Commenting on her appointment to the Board, Greenvale’s Chairman Tony Leibowitz said:

a really significant part of this process, and we are very pleased to have secured her services as a non-executive Director. Her knowledge of the Queensland resource and transportation sectors will be invaluable as we move the project towards production.”
