DETAILS OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Greenvale Mining Limited (ASX:GRV) (Company) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 69 of its Constitution, its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 12.00 noon (AEDT) Friday 27 November 2020.
In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 8 October 2020. All nominations must be received in writing no later than by 5.00 pm (WST) on 8 October 2020 at the Company’s registered office.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, that will be provided to shareholders. Please note the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://www.greenvale-mining.com.au/.
