Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nomination
GreenTech Metals Ltd (ASX: GRE) (‘ GreenTech ’ or 'the Company ') advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at 2.00pm (WST) at 1202 Hay Street, West Perth, Western Australia.
Details of the format and the agenda for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 13 October 2023 at GreenTech’s office or via email.
