2. Abilitytomaintain operations ln adherenceto thesafety normsprescribedby
includingthe Governmentoflndia,theoperationshave beenpartially
factories/units/officespaces resumedasperGovernmentguidelinesin
functioningand closeddown manufacturing unitsand offices.
3. Schedule,ifany,forrestarting Operationshavepartiallyresumedin manufacturing
the operations unitsand offices. The samewillbescaledupin
accordancewiththeguidelinesbeing issuedbythe
respective States and dueconsiderationforsafetyof
employees.
4. Stepstakentoensure smooth Priortoresumption of operations,theCompany
functioning of operations adopted WorkfromHomeforitsemployeesinlndiaand
Singapore subsidiary inordertoensuresmooth
functioning.
Thereafter,theCompanyhastaken utmostcareofits
staffs andwork forcebytakingmeasureslikethermal
screeningofemployees,sanitizationofpremises,useof
ArogyaSetuApp,Taintainsocialdistancinginoffice,
etc.Additionally, proper equipmentandsanitization
materialhasbeenprovidedat alllocations.
5. Estimationof thefutureimpact Consideringthat thelockdownisbeinggradually lifted
ofCoVID-19onitsoperations andeconomic activityresumestoits normallevels
without furtherdisruption,itisexpectedtoachieve
normalcyinoperationsfromQ3ofFY2020-2021.
5.a. lmpact ofCoVID-19oncapital The Company'scapitalandfinancialresources remain
andfinancialresources intactastheCompanyishavingadequate capitalto
meetbusinessrequirements.The Companyincurred
cashlossduring lockdownperiodduetofixedexpenses
andlow capacity utilisations.
6.b. lmpact ofCoVID-19on The Companystarted manufacturingandotherbusiness
profitability activities inlinewithguidelinesissued by Centraland
respective StateGovernments. During lockdownperiod
revenues andprofitabilityof theCompanywere
adverselyimpacted.The exactimpact onprofitabilityis
yettobedeterminedasondate.
5.c. lmpact ofCoVID-19onliquidity The Companyhasadequatebankinglimitsandis
position managing itsinflowsandoutflows toensureproper
liquidityposition.The Companyhasalsoembarkedupon
aCompany-wide initiativetobring downcostsand
conservecash.Thisprogrammeiswellunderwayand
theCompanyisexpectedtogetbenefitsfromthese
initiatives.
6.d. lmpact ofCoVID-19on abilityto The Companyhasavailedmoratoriumonsome ofthe
servicedebtandotherfinancing paymentsfallingduebetween Marchand May2O2Oin
arrangements ordertomaintainproperliquidityposition.The
Companyisalsotakingstepstoavailsecondmoratorium
inrespectofsomeofthepaymentsfallingduebetween
June and August 2020. However,theCompanyis
confident of makingpaymentsofinstalmentsfallingdue
during the current financialyear,
6.e. lmpact ofCoVID-19onassets The Companyseesnoimmediate impairment
requirementforanyassetsduetoCoVID-19. Company
doesnothave anymajor capital expenditure
programmes during theyearapartfromsomeroutine
maintenancecapitalexpenditure.
6.f. lmpaitofCoVID-19on internal Thelnternal financial reportingandcontrolarenot
financial reportingandcontrol adverselyaffected.Thecompanyisdoingits bestto
controlcosts inasmany waysaspossible. Thecompany
cushionedtheriskimposedby CoVID-19ontheinternal
controls of theCompany byadopting workfromhome
frameworkand ensureddataprotection.
6.g. lmpact ofCoVID-19onsupply Aftereasingoutof lockdown wehavenotfaced any
chain major inbound & outboundsupplychainproblem.
6.h. lmpact ofCoVID-19ondemand Althoughtheoverall demand oftheproductshas been
foritsproducts/services impactedforashort-term,butduetoeasingoutof
restriction in lockdowndemandfor theproductsis
graduallyrecovering.
