Major shareholder announcement – HICO Group
Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that HICO Group ApS has reduced it’s shareholding in GreenMobility A/S to less than 10.0% of the share capital and voting rights, as of 18 November 2024.
The decrease in HICO Group ApS’ shareholding in GreenMobility A/S is a consequence of the capital increase in GreenMobility as a result of exercise of warrants as mentioned in company announcement 157 on November 19th, 2024.
