SECTION 633(4) NOTIFICATION – REGISTER DATE
In accordance with section 633(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( the Corporations Act ), Polartechnics Limited (ACN: 003 148 427) gives notice that it has set 7.00 pm (Sydney time) on 12 June 2009 as the time and date for determining the people to whom information is to be sent under items 6 and 12 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act in relation to its off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Fermiscan Holdings Limited (ACN: 000 689 72), as described in Polartechnics Limited’s Bidder’s Statement dated 12 June 2009.
