FY17 INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 SEPTEMBER 2017

SCRIP DIVIDEND OFFER

Greencore announces that the price of a new Ordinary Share in respect of the FY17 Interim Dividend Scrip Dividend Offer for the financial year ending 29 September 2017 will be £2.50. As the cash dividend is 2.10 pence per share, the entitlement will be one new Ordinary Share for every 149 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one new Ordinary Share for every 120 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
