ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of nominal value of STG£0.01 each in the capital of Greencore Group plc ("the Company"), to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading.  The shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.  These shares will be issued under the rules of the Greencore Group Share Save Schemes
