Appointment of a New Director

In line with and as detailed in the Prospectus, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has taken up its right to propose a Director to the Board.  The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Badger as a director of the Company effective from 1 July 2013. 

Tim Ingram, Chairman said:

"I am delighted to welcome Dan to the Board given his long career in the energy sector and his significant experience in wind farm transactions".

Dan Badger

Dan Badger, 67, is a US and UK citizen and has been resident in the UK since 1990. From 1990 to 2000, Dan was Vice President for Project Development with Enron Europe. During 2000-2001 he was Vice President for Sales with Enron Wind (now GE Wind). From 2002 through 2009 Dan was a member of the UK/Europe renewables M&A team at Babcock & Brown. He is currently a Partner at Hideal Partners, a renewables advisory firm.
