The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at held at the offices of Greencoat Capital LLP, 3rd Floor, Burdett House, 15-16 Buckingham Street, London, WC2N 6DU at 2.30 p.m. on 26 April 2017.
