UltraCharge Limited (ASX: UTR) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following securities will be released from escrow:

The Company also advises that a further 33,623,924 ordinary shares will be released from ASX imposed escrow on that date but will continue to be held in escrow until 21 December 2018 pursuant to voluntary escrow agreements entered into between the Company and the relevant shareholders.
