Description

The securities of UltraCharge Limited (‘UTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of UTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 21 October 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, UltraCharge Limited (Company) requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 21 October 2019, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted.
