SUSPENSION REQUEST**

UltraCharge Limited (‘Company’) requests that its securities be placed into voluntary suspension pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

The suspension will remain in place until Monday, 28th May 2018, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.

This is necessary due to the Company being delayed in releasing details of the raising and Blitz Purchase Order.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this suspension should not be granted.
