Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX: GT3) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Green360 Technologies Limited (‘GT3’) will be halted at the request of GT3, pending the release of an announcement by GT3.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 11 August 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX: GT3) (“the Company”) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in connection with this request:

• (a) The Company is seeking a trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of a release of an announcement regarding the capital raising and the commencement of normal trading on Monday 11 August 2025;

• (b) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted;

• (c) The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, and

• (d) The capital raising is material to the Company.
