REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited (ASX:SUV) (“the Company”) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities relating to a capital raising.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in connection with this request:

(a) The Company is seeking a trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of a release of an announcement regarding a capital raising, and the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 October 2024;

• (b) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

(c) The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
