The Unlisted Options were issued to participants in the Placement on a 1 for 4 free attaching basis, exercisable at $0.10 expiring 6 December 2025. In accordance with the terms of the Placement, if the New Options are exercised on or before 6 December 2023, the exercise price will be $0.05, representing a 50% discount to the $0.10 exercise price. If the New Options are exercised on or before 6 December 2024, the exercise price will be $0.075, representing a 25% discount to the $0.10 exercise price.
