Request for Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Lithex Resources Limited (Company) hereby requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension from the commencement of trade on Friday, 24 April 2015.

The Company provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2:

• (a) the voluntary suspension is requested as the Company has not had time to finalise matters in relation to a proposed acquisition and capital raising;

• (b) the Company expects the voluntary suspension to end at commencement of trade on Friday, 1 May 2015 when it anticipates it will be in a position to make an announcement to the market in relation to a proposed acquisition and capital raising; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
