Replacement Announcement
Lithex Resources Limited (ASX: LTX) advises that the announcement made earlier in the day in relation to the Munglinup and Plumbago tenements was made in error and that the Agreement remains on foot and Lithex is continuing to work through the conditions to enable settlement to proceed.
In addition, the Company wishes to advise that the settlement date for the completion of the sale of the Company’s 90% mineral rights to lithium, tin and tantalum on the Pilgangoora E45/2375 Permit has been extended to 27 June 2014.
