Settlement on Sale of Pilgangoora Rights Extended

Lithex Resources Limited (ASX: LTX) advises that the settlement date for the completion of the sale of the Company’s 90% mineral rights to lithium, tin and tantalum on the Pilgangoora E45/2375 Permit has been further extended to 4 July 2014 to enable completion of documentation.
