Share Placement Completed

Lithex Resources Limited (ASX:LTX) is pleased to announce that as foreshadowed in the market release dated 4 October 2012, the placement of 6,987,000 ordinary shares at 5 cents per share with a 1:2 free attaching option exercisable at 8 cents on or before 31/12/2015 has been completed.

This was conducted under the Company’s 15% placement allowance, raising $349,350 before costs and was managed by CPS Securities.
