Placement of Shortfall Shares
Lithex Resources Limited (ASX:LTX) is pleased to announce that it has completed a placement of the shortfall from its recently completed Entitlement Issue announced on 5 October 2012 .
Shortfall Shares were placed to clients of the Underwriter, Cunningham Peterson Sharbanee Securities Pty Ltd, with holding statements being dispatched by mail with a revised Appendix 3b attached.
The directors of Lithex once again express their appreciation for the support provided by participants in the capital raising.
