Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary
Australian kaolin producer and silica sand exploration company, Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited (‘Suvo or the Company’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris Achurch as Company Secretary of the Company, effective 1 August 2021.

Mr Achurch spent 10 years in public practice in the Audit and Assurance division with RSM Australia, based in Perth, Dallas and New York. Mr Achurch then spent over 2 years as CFO and Joint Company Secretary at Kalium Lakes Limited, before his resignation to join Perth based Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory firm, Westar Capital Limited. Mr Achurch provides company secretarial, corporate advisory and general consulting services to a number of ASX listed clients.
Justyn Stedwell will step down as Company Secretary of Suvo on 1 August 2021. The Company would like to thank Justyn for his services and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
