Suvo Strengthens Financial Management
Australian kaolin producer and silica sand exploration company, Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited ('Suvo or the Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Group Financial Controller, Mr Bojan Bogunovic, effective 26 July 2021.
Mr Bogunovic (B Com, CA) has worked with several major businesses across the mining, exploration, construction and agricultural sectors and is currently Group Financial Controller at ASX listed Kalium Lakes Limited. Having spent five years in public practice with RSM Australia based in Perth, with a secondment to London and a further three years of commercial experience, Bojan has a comprehensive understanding of commercial accounting, audit functions and corporate finance.
Bojan completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Speaking on behalf of the Company, Suvo's Executive Chairman, Robert Martin said "Bojan's experience in steering the development, financing and construction phases of listed mining entities will be an invaluable asset for Suvo's shareholders as we move towards the upgrade of our Pittong operations in Victoria and the development of our White Cloud kaolin and Nova silica sand projects in Western Australia".
