ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice received under section 203D of the Corporations Act
Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited ('Suvo or the Company') advises that it has received a notice (‘Notice’) from Dr Ian Wilson, being a director of the Company, under section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (‘Corporations Act), regarding his intention to call a meeting of members pursuant to article 14.5 of the Company’s Constitution and section 249CA of the Corporations Act to put the following ordinary resolutions for removal of director:
“That Mr Leonard Troncone be removed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.”
The Company will consider the Notice and comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act. The Company will keep shareholders advised of the next steps.
