Resignation of Director

UltraCharge Limited (‘Company’) advises that Yori Nehushtan has resigned as a director of the Company and accordingly the resolution regarding his re-election (resolution 3) has been withdrawn from the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board thanks Yori for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
