Change of Company Secretary and CFO
Lithex Resources Limited (ASX: LTX) wishes to advise that Mr Peter Webse has been appointed as Company Secretary and Mr Tim Slate has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Mr Neal Shoobert as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
The Board would like thank Mr Shoobert for his contribution to the Company and to wish him well with his future endeavours.
Mr Webse has over 23 years’ company secretarial experience and is the managing director of Platinum Corporate Secretariat Pty Ltd, a company specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services to listed companies.
Mr Slate is a qualified chartered accountant and undertakes the finance role for a number of listed and unlisted public companies.
