Changes to the Board and Company Details of Lithex Resources
Lithex Resources Limited (ASX: LTX) wishes to advise of changes to the Board and Company details.
Mr. Stuart House has resigned from the Board and will be replaced by Mr. Jack James, effective immediately.
The registered office for Lithex Resources Limited has changed to:

About Mr. Jack James:
Mr. James has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. James is founding partner of Palisade Business Consulting which provides accounting, secretarial and consulting services to private and public companies, government and other stakeholders. Mr. James has over 15 years’ experience in chartered accounting specialising in corporate advisory and reconstruction. Prior to establishing Palisade Business Consulting, he held senior roles in KordaMentha and Ernst & Young.
Mr. James is currently a director of Eumeralla Resources Limited.

Lithex Resources Limited is an exploration company now focused on unlocking the resource potential of Australia’s graphite-rich provinces. The Company shifted its focus and strategy in December 2012 when it successfully acquired Far North Minerals Pty Ltd.
