Re: Board Resignation

The Board of Directors of Lithex Resources Limited wishes to advise Mr Yankel Koncepolski has resigned from the Board, effective immediately.

The Board accepts Mr. Koncepolski’s reason for his decision.

As a consequence, the Chairman intends to move that resolution (3), to be considered at the Annual General Meeting of the Company today be withdrawn.
