Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited ( the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company anticipates it will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on or after Friday, 18 November 2022.

All director nominations, together with consent to act, for election at the 2022 AGM are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 27 September 2022 at the Company’s registered office at Level 11, 40 The Esplanade, Perth Western Australia 6000.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a sperate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at https://suvo.com.au.
