Notice of Annual General Meeting Date
SUVO STRATEGIC MINERALS LIMITED
Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited ('Suvo or the Company') advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the company is intending to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Parmelia Hilton, 14 Mill Street, Perth, Western Australia on or after Wednesday, 17 November 2021 at 10:00am AWST.

The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the AGM is Wednesday 6 October 2021 at 5:00pm AWST. Valid nominations must be received at Suvo’s registered office by no later than that date.
Suvo will provide further details of the AGM in the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum, which will be issued in due course.
