GREEN SHIFT COMMODITIES LTD.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITORS
TO: Buckley Dodds CPA
AND TO: DNTW Toronto LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
-
(a) Buckley Dodds CPA, the former auditors of Green Shift Commodities Ltd. (the “Corporation”) tendered their resignation, upon request of the Corporation, effective October 24, 2024, and the Board of Directors of the Corporation has appointed DNTW Toronto LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as successor auditors in their place, effective October 24, 2024;

(b) the former auditors of the Corporation were requested to resign by the Corporation;

(c) the resignation of Buckley Dodds CPA and the appointment of DNTW Toronto LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants in their place has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation;

(d) there have been no reservations contained in the former auditors’ reports on any of the financial statements of the Corporation commencing at the beginning of the most recently completed fiscal year and ending on October 24, 2024; and
-
(e) there are no reportable events (as defined in section 4.11 (7) (e) of National Instrument 51102).
