Green Landscaping Group completes the acquisition of Markbygg Anläggning Väst

Green Landscaping Holding AB (publ) has today gained access over all outstanding shares in Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB.

As previously announced, Green Landscaping Group has signed an agreement to acquire Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB. On 21 December 2021, the Swedish Competition Authority's approval was obtained, and access has taken place as of today.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB with access today. The acquisition is financed within existing credit facilities and through a non-cash issue of own shares. The Board has therefore, within the scope of the authorization from the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2021, decided on the issue of 438,049 shares in Green Landscaping Group, aimed at the seller of Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB. This corresponds to a dilution of 0.8% of the share capital and votes in the Green Landscaping Group. The total number of shares in Green Landscaping Group after the issue are 53,096,086 shares.

The previous owner of Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB is now shareholder in Green Landscaping Group.
