Pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (under restructuring) (the "Company") hereby announces the receipt of a major shareholder notification from Norlys A.m.b.a.

As of 28 April 2025, Norlys A.m.b.a held, directly or indirectly, 4,533,414 shares corresponding to 2.41% of the total voting rights and share capital in the Company. Consequently, that Norlys A.m.b.a has reduced its shareholding in the Company below the 5% threshold set out in Section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
