Statement prepared by the restructuring accountant on the composition balance sheet

To the creditors of Green Hydrogen Systems A/S under rekonstruktion (during restructuring), Company Reg No. 30 54 87 01

On the basis of the company's accounting as well as additional documentation and information received from the management of Green Hydrogen Systems A/S under rekonstruktion (during restructuring), we have prepared a composition balance sheet for Green Hydrogen Systems A/S under rekonstruktion (during restructuring), as of March 10, 2025.

The composition balance sheet includes assets, claims under sections 93-96 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act, claims under section 97 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act and the estimated agreed dividend.

We have performed our work in accordance with ISRS 4410, Engagements on compiling financial information.

We have used our professional expertise to assist in preparing the composition balance sheet in accordance with the Danish Bankruptcy Act's rules on restructuring. We have complied with relevant provisions of the Danish State Authorized Public Accountants' Act and International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants' international Code of Ethics for Auditors (IESBA Code), including principles of integrity, objectivity, professional competence and due diligence.

The management is responsible for the composition balance sheet, the accuracy and completeness of the information used to prepare the composition balance sheet.

As a financial information task is not an assurance engagement, we are not obliged to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to us by management to prepare the composition balance sheet. Accordingly, we do not express any audit or review opinion as to whether the composition balance has been prepared in accordance with the Danish Bankruptcy Act's rules on restructuring.

The composition balance sheet has solely been prepared for use by the Probate Court and the company's creditors' position on the planned restructuring and may be unsuitable for other purposes.
