On March 12, 2018 , Green Brick Partners, Inc. (“Green Brick”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarterly period and fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 . A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of Green Brick's Fourth Quarter 2017 Investor Call Presentation is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are each incorporated herein by reference.
