GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Great Western Mining Corporation PLC (AIM: GWMO & ESM: 8GW) announces that it has granted a total of 52 million share options, including grants to Directors, in accordance with the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan 2014 which was approved by shareholders on 17 July 2014.
The share option awards were approved by the Board on 30 January 2023 (the "Award Date") and the exercise price of the new options will be Sterling 0.09 pence per share, representing the average closing price for the ten preceding days. The options are for seven years and vest immediately with exercise subject to performance conditions being a minimum 50% uplift in the share price.

The Company also has also granted warrants and currently has outstanding a total of 249,999,999 Warrants with exercise prices ranging from of 0.22 pence per share to 0.30 pence per share.
