Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Great Southern Mining Limited (ASX: GSN) (Company), wishes to advise the date of its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director.
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday 25 November 2021. The Notice of Meeting will be released in due course.
All director nominations for election at the AGM are to be received no later than 5.00 pm (WST time) on 6 October 2021 and are to be submitted to the following addresses:
