The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday, January 29, 2026, to inter-alia consider the Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

An Earnings Call has been scheduled at 04:00 pm (IST) on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Mr. G. Shivakumar, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer would give a financial snapshot and discuss the Company's financial performance.
