The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday- Saturday, October 27-28, 2023, to inter- alia consider the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

An Earnings Call has been scheduled at 01:30 pm (IST) on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Mr. G. Shivakumar, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer would give a financial snapshot and discuss the Company's financial performance. This would be followed by a Q&A session wherein Mr. G. Shivakumar along with senior management would address questions relating to the business and outlook of the Company.
