Cleansing notice

Great Boulder Resources Ltd ACN 611 695 955 ( Great Boulder ) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

1. Great Boulder has today issued 11,086,279 fully paid ordinary shares without disclosure, from the exercise of options and conversion of performance rights, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

2. As at the date of this notice:

   • (a) Great Boulder has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Great Boulder;

   • (b) Great Boulder has complied with section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and

3. Great Boulder is not in possession of any undisclosed “excluded information” within the meaning given to that term in sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act, which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
