Description

The securities of Great Boulder Resources Limited (‘GBR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GBR, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 12 August 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Great Boulder Resources – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Great Boulder Resources Limited (ASX: GBR) ( Great Boulder ) requests back to back consecutive trading halts of two days each, effective immediately, for the purposes of considering a capital raising and making an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising.

The consecutive trading halts will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 12 August 2020, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.

The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halts should not be granted.
